ELIGIBILITY: Open to all APF/AAPF registered athletes. You must have a valid APF/AAPF card .

WEIGHT CLASSES: Men’s: 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275,308,SHW

Women’s: 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, SHW

AGE CATEGORIES: Men’s Open: 20 & over Teen/Junior: 13-19 Police/Fire

Women’s Open: 20 & over Masters: 40 & over

WEIGH-IN: Friday Dec. 16, 2005 10AM-6PM Saturday Dec 17, 2005 8AM-9AM

LIFTING TIME: Saturday Dec 17, 2005 10AM-6PM Award ceremony to follow.

LIFTERS: Bring your own edited music.

AWARDS: Awards will be given in each weight class and age category for the first three

places. An additional "Best Lifter" award in full power and in bench only will be determined

by APF formula.

ENTRY FEE: $75 for full power or $35 for bench only must accompany the entry form
