Please join us at F3 Fitness in Taylor, Michigan for the 2026 APF/AAPF Michigan Halloween Haul!
This push-pull meet will take place on October 17, 2026 at 9am at F3 Fitness at 22385 Ecorse Rd. in Taylor, Michigan, the location of the 2026 APF/AAPF State Championship. This meet will be run by Stacia Proefrock and Garrin Clark of F3Fitness Productions, who also produced the State Championship. We’re ready to see some strong lifts again and make a fun and safe experience for all of the lifters!
This will be a single-session meet. The meet will start for all lifters at 9am on Saturday, October 17. Weigh-ins will be offered from 9-11am and 5-7pm on Friday, October 16.
This is a push/pull meet, which means that there will not be a squat competition. Lifters can choose to enter the push/pull division, where you compete for medals with the total of your bench and deadlift together, or the bench-only division, or the deadlift-only division.
We will award individual medals for push/pull, bench only, and deadlift only for the standard divisions of youth, teen, junior, open, submaster, and masters, divided into age-based subcategories where appropriate. You can also choose to compete under APF or AAPF or both. You can also choose to compete raw, single ply, or multi-ply equipped. Classic raw is not offered for this meet because there is no squat. For equipment rules consult worldpowerliftingcongress.com
REGISTRATION OPENS: Tuesday, August 18 at 10am and closes Monday September 21st at midnight or when the meet is full.
REGISTRATION FEE $110 for first division whether it is bench only, deadlift only or push/pull
$40 for additional divisions
$15 for a custom meet t-shirt (in an effort to keep the meet more affordable, we are not including meet shirts free with registration for this one. But it’s going to be cool, so you should get one anyway)

More info about divisions:
All lifters who complete a bench or deadlift can be entered into the best lifter competition for bench and the best lifter competition for deadlift, including athletes who choose the push/pull category. If we have enough push/pull athletes we may consider offering a best lifter for push/pull as well. National records can be set from any division for bench only and deadlift only.
Divisions offered:
Push/pull (Can earn weight-class medal for push/pull as well as best lifter medal for bench and deadlift. Can set state or national records for bench and deadlift)
Bench only (Can earn bench only weight-class medal, bench only best lifter and set bench only state or national records.)
Deadlift only (can earn deadlift only weight class medal, deadlift only best lifter and set deadlift only state or national records)
You can also choose to enter more than one division for the purpose of medals or national records. For example, a 35 year old lifter could enter the Open division for any lift as well as the Submaster division. All lifters at this meet are eligible for the open division and lifters between 13 and 23 and 33 and 99 are eligible for age-class divisions as well.
