The AWPC World Powerlifting Championships are going to be awesome!
Exciting times ahead at a fantastic venue — the Castletroy Park Hotel.
The best of equipment will be provided both on the platform and in the warm up room.
Platform Bars = Squat bar 25kg Sports Kraft, Bench bar Sports Kraft power bar & Deadlift is Texas bar. + 500kg Chrome calibrated plates.
The warm up room will have the following:
3 x Mono-lifts + 3 x Sports Kraft Squat bars.
3 x ER racks squat/Benchpress combos + 3 Rogue Power bars.
3 x Deadlift platforms + 3 x Rogue Deadlift bars .
Calibrated plates x 1500kg Eliko & Rogue
The hotel also has a fully equipped gym, sauna, & jacuzzi for all lifters that may be cutting weight.
