Subject: Notes/minutes for 2007 AGM in Russia

Attendance countries: USA, Russia, Latvia, Estonia, France, Azerbaijan, Finland, France, Slovakia.

Item #1- Mr. Kidder awarded the Presidency of Latvia to Raivo Caps, his name to appear on web site window.

Item #2- Latvia to host major international meet in spring of 2008.

Item#3- Mr. Kidder is to investigate/confirm the location of the 2008 Worlds and report back.

Item#4- In 2007 current equipment standards were met and no immediate changes needed.

Item#5- In 2007 current judging standards was met and no immediate changes needed.

Item#6- Discussion on developing more sponsorship.

Item #7- Mike Sweeney voted in for two year term as WPC/AWPC President
